This is in response to the correspondence with ref.no. CCWTR-FT-2005-181 which was received on Dec. 29,2005 @ 12:45pm regarding the complaint of MR. ROMEOMACAPOBRE thru email dated Nov. 21, 2005.
I just want to make a correction regarding EXACTING P20,000.00 from the said complainant. First andforemost we DID NOT demand the said amount from MR.MACAPOBRE to be paid since no written quotation asproof was given to him. Second, the SURPLUS unit(COMPAQ Evo N610c) was purchased as "incomplete"accompanied with an INVOICE without correspondingwarranty. Third the amount was not 41,000 but it's38,000 excluding the bank charges (Citibank Card).please see attached invoice.
For warranty claims, it is the protocol of any establishment that in the event the unit bought gets damaged within the warranty period, a replacement unit must be issued in a given number of days as soon as the invoice is presented as reference. Mr. Macapobre on the contrary COULD NOT PRESENT ANY invoice as proofof purchase. Nevertheless, all possible options were considered as against to Mr. Macapobre's stament: "It was apparent that they were not going to give me anyother options."
On December 12, 2005, Mr. Macapobre called our office and checked for the progress of his unit. Due to HUMANITARIAN considerations and considering the amountspent was large, our company has decided to replacethe busted unit WITHOUT ANY MONETARY EXCHANGE bothe for the servie and the parts and in fact told Mr.Macapobre to claim the replacement unit on Dec. 19,2005. The latter agreed to claim his replacement uniton Dec. 20, 2005 instead, and he is a living testimonyto the agreement.

depuis 2004, j'ai visité les iles de bohol et de leyte. j'ai voyagé par de petit bateaux et de grands bateaux. j'ai déménagé à cebu il y a 2 ans. 3 ans l'an prochain. l'ile de cebu est en entre les iles: sur la nord-est est bohol et sur la sud-est est leyte. je voudrais visiter d'autres iles dans le region. comme sur la nord est masbate, sur la ouest est negros, et sur la sud est l'ile magique de siquijor. pendant ce temps, ce decembre, j'ai pris un autre bateau, le superferry. c'était le plus grand bateau que j'ai vu. je suis parti a vingt et un heures quarante cinq de la ville cebu et je suis arrivé a vingt heures le jour prochain en manille. j'ai aimé tout à fait le voyage de 20 heures.
superferry a eu de nombreau aménagements. j'ai obtenu la chambre tourist, numero sept. je l'ai partagé avec deux familles. j'ai dort un mon lit, près la porte. je l'aime bien la paix. il y a un game arcade. on peut jouer warcraft ft ou starcraft et d'autres jeus d'ordinateur que je ne joue pas. j'ai pensé que si j'ai eu une famille, je leur emmenerai surtout les pays par bateau. nous passerons et serons de beaux iles et de haut montagnes des paysages, de la mer. j'ai souhaité que je partagais cet experience avec quelqu'un. peut-être e? non, il est occupé. peut-être a? non, il habite quelque part aux états-unis. peut-être b? non, il est parti aux états-unis. il me manque terriblement. peut-être m? non, il n'est pas comme moi. un vampir. c'est très probablement que depuis je suis né seul, je mourrai seul.

my first impression of CIV4. the music is very inspirational. it is accompanied by a film which depicts human history. being able to be part of that. making right what has been done wrong. or have we not wondered about how things could have been done better. this is our chance to change things. i mean, i would not resort to slavery. i would want a civilization which didnt have a past. i want to demonstrate that it is possible to win sans ces mals. even if, this exists only in the reality of the game.
new stuff. wonder movies dont work very well in old systems. the requirements listed are there for a reason. i enjoyed picking out the civilization with the leader animations. the military units have promotions. this means it gives you power over what type of military strategy to take. culture and religion plays a big role in economy. more converts translate to more gold for your holy cities. it does not account for, however, religious intolerance between groups. it assumes the best in people. ^_^

j'ai vu le film: l'exorcism d'emilie rose. this movie is a classic case of common sense. people will react differently to something unusual. some would look for the logial explanation. and others are comfortable with believing in a fantastic and invisible world of beings. i am giving this a rating of 4 out of 5, because there's almost always a logical explanation.
